（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園機場24日電）總統蔡英文今天上午搭機出訪，展開「英翔專案」。總統啟程前說，對於華航罷工事件，心情非常沉重，新政府是解決問題的政府，會認真面對華航員工的訴求，誠懇解決問題。

總統上午展開上任後首度出訪行程，預計到7月2日前將搭中華航空專機，出訪友邦巴拿馬和巴拉圭，去程過境美國邁阿密，回程過境美國洛杉磯，全程9天8夜。

總統在登機前發表談話表示，針對華航空服人員的罷工行動，新政府是解決問題的政府，會認真面對華航員工的訴求，誠懇解決問題。

總統出訪將出席巴拿馬運河拓寬竣工典禮，也將安排多場雙邊會談，包括與巴拿馬總統會面，並將與宏都拉斯等友邦元首及美國國會議員代表團會晤。1050624
